Drunk Jenga is a drinking game that is played using a Jenga tower. The game is similar to traditional Jenga, but each block has a different rule or instruction written on it, which the player must follow when they remove the block from the tower. If a player successfully removes a block without causing the tower to fall, they can instruct another player to follow the rule or instruction written on the block. If a player causes the tower to fall, they must finish their drink. The game can continue until all the blocks have been removed or until players are too drunk to continue.
Variations
Truth or Dare Jenga: In this variant, each block will have a truth or dare written on it instead of a rule. Players will have to answer the truth or perform the dare. If they refuse, they take a drink.
Category Jenga: Players choose a category (e.g., types of fruit, TV shows, etc.) and must name something that falls within that category before pulling out a block. If they can't think of anything, they take a drink.
Movie Jenga: Each block will have a movie title written on it. The player must name an actor or actress from the movie before removing the block. If they can't, they take a drink.
Finish the Lyrics Jenga: Each block will have a few words from a song written on it. The player must sing the rest of the lyrics before removing the block. If they can't, they take a drink.
Double Trouble Jenga: For this variant, players must remove two blocks in one turn. If they succeed, they get to give two drinks to someone else. If they fail, they take two drinks.
Reverse Jenga: Players take turns adding blocks to the tower instead of removing them. The first player who causes the tower to collapse takes a drink, and the game starts again.
Drunk Jenga is played by taking a regular Jenga game and writing a unique instruction on each of the 54 Jenga blocks. The players then take turns removing one block at a time from the tower and following the instruction on that block. The rules can vary depending on the group, but here are some common examples of instructions that can be written on the blocks:
Take one shot
Make a rule (example: players must use a silly voice when speaking)
Do a dance
Give a drink to someone
Take two shots
Sing a song
Take a shot and give two drinks
Tell a joke
Swap a piece of clothing with someone
Choose someone to take three drinks
Do a push-up or sit-up
Take a shot and do a truth or dare
If a player successfully removes a block without knocking over the tower, they pass the turn to the next player. The game continues until the tower falls, at which point the player responsible for knocking it over must finish their drink.

To set up a game of Drunk Jenga, you will need the following:
A Jenga game set (or any other block stacking game)
A marker or pen
A list of Jenga block tasks
Here are the steps to set up the game:
Write a task or challenge on each Jenga block. These tasks can be anything from taking a drink, performing a dare, or answering a question.
Build the Jenga tower by stacking the blocks in rows of three, alternating directions with each layer.
Players take turns removing one block at a time from the tower and placing it on top. If the tower falls during your turn, you lose.
When a player removes a block, they must complete the task or challenge written on that block. If they refuse or fail to complete the task, they must take a penalty drink.
Continue playing until the tower falls or you run out of blocks.
The game can be customized by creating different themes for the tasks or challenges. You can also adjust the difficulty level based on the number of penalty drinks or the complexity of the tasks.
